Minimum 10+ years of experience in Testing roles and leading testing team
Plan testing execution, reporting, and managing entry/exit criteria. presenting to the client on Progress etc.
Proven experience of defining and implementing projectlevel test strategies
Understanding of testing across the full Software Development lifecycle
Customer and service orientation to support interaction with team resources and clients
Performance and productivityoriented to drive toward quality testing outcomes and results
Previous program and project management experience
Excellent communication skills
