Master's in architecture (Optional)


Professional Affiliations:
COA Registered

IGBC Accredited Professional (IGBC AP) (Optional)

GRIHA Certified Professional (GRIHA CP) (Optional)

Computer Proficiency :
Auto-Cad, Sketch-up, 3D Max, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, Corel Draw,

Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power-point presentations.

Technical Proficiency :
Knowledge of Sustainability concepts

Knowledge of Green buildings

Design Coordination and Management

Site execution (Construction and Interiors)


Soft Skills :
Team player

Written and verbal communication skills


Job Description:

  • Preparing Feasibility study for Green Building Certification.
  • Preparing Documents for submission for Green Building Certification.
  • Coordination with (IGBC/GRIHA) upto receipt of the certification.
  • Coordination with execution team for implementation of requirements of Green building on site.
  • Site Checking for finishing quality and preparing snag list.
  • Coordination with site team for rectification and closure of snag list.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
