Job Description for Pre-Primary Teacher (only females)

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Plan and implement educational activities and curriculum for preprimary students.
  • Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Use playbased learning techniques to engage students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
  • Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff for school events and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards.
  • Provide individual support to students with varying needs.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a preprimary or similar teaching role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and creativity in teaching young children.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development theories and practices.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Fluency in the language of instruction.
  • Certification in PPTTC/NTT/MONTESORI/EYP/PYP/ECE preferred.

Must have own transportation and be able to commute to Kokapet and Nallagandla.

Pay:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
