Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loss Prevention Executive. The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests. The role involves conducting regular security checks, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and investigating any security incidents or breaches that occur. The Loss Prevention Executive is also responsible for training hotel staff on security protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

Knowledge of loss prevention methods and technologies
Experience in security management or law enforcement
Ability to conduct investigations and compile reports
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of local and state regulations regarding security and safety
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field is preferred

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
