Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve predetermined targets within the construction chemicals industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with construction chemicals distributors, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including trade shows, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations ans proposals to clients, ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Age Range: years
  • Qualifications: Any degree
  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
