    An opportunity to be apart ofFinancial Services Division of our client a nearly 100 year old USMNC world leading manufacturers of construction earth moving miningequipments etc is hiring for Record To Report (RTR) activities(expert) for Global entities (US UK APAC) entities as part ofCentre of Excellence (COE) team from Bangalore Global BusinessServices (GBS) Organization.


    Requirments:34years of Accounting Degree or equivalent (BCOM/MCOM) andProfessional Certification from CA/CMA institute/US CPA/CMApreferrable 45 years of relevant experiencein captive accounting service centres or large corporates withManufacturing & Service nature of business Basics in handling multiple ERPs and variedaccounting tools Basics in Data Analyticalskills and Interpretation of results Basicsin understanding accounting/business issues Flexibility to work in US Shift(06:00PM 03:00AM IST)
    Rolerequires to povide timely and accurate financial record keeping andreporting as directed by management


    Responsibilitiesinclude:
    Maintaining financial records inaccordance with GAAP and organizational standards. Creating reports on financial performancefor internal and external use. Creating andutilizing automated tools for the updating analysing and reportingof consolidated financialresults.

    Skills:
    Accounting financial analysis financial reporting managing multiplepriorities effective communication and problemsolving.
