Full understanding of process, development & deployment of methodologies for process improvement and transformation including risk assessment.

  • Deliver, standardize and drive efficiency in continuous finance processes in recordtoreport, banking, fixed assets and shared services accounting processes in the region.
  • Strong expertise and hands on experience in F&A Operations especially RTR processes. P2P / O2C working knowledge will be good to have.
  • Provide inputs and updates for governance scheduled with both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Work with Business Finance Controllers and Global colleagues to maintain bestinclass processes and implementation of transformation.
  • Develop and implement procedures and operational ways of work in a standardized, efficient and effective manner for all markets in the realm of the R2R and general financial accounting stream.
  • Preparation of Documentation / DTP on the transformed process.
  • Maintain R2R and general financial accounting related internal controls within the region.
  • Coaching and mentoring the end users while project implementation.

Primary Skills:


  • ERP Work experience Handson in SAP MUST.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL along with Digital Analytical Tools knowledge (Celonis, Power BI) is desirable

Secondary Skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • PPT, Excel, Word.
  • Program management experience in either of combination of F&A Transition/RPA and various other type of Business Improvement programs.
