Supervisor.

  • Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
  • Ensuring all onsite workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
  • Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols
  • Hiring and evaluating the performance of the onsite workers
  • Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials
  • Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good condition
  • Performing first aid during emergencies
  • Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards
  • Ensuring the workers follow site safety procedures
  • Handling any onsite accidents with uttermost care and awareness
  • Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers
  • Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
  • Ensuring all emergency equipment are in place and in working order
  • Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
  • Communicating the progress report to the Construction Project Manager
  • Attending any onsite meetings or events.

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities onsite, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.
  • Oversee the daily activities of subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the project.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel onsite.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess work progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor material and equipment deliveries to ensure they are timely and meet project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, work schedules, and manpower requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to project management regarding project status, challenges, and potential risks.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contractual obligations and budgetary constraints.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
  • Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

From ₹15,000.00 per month
