- Should have 10+ years of hands-on experience in Piping Stress Analysis (Static and Dynamic) with Detailed Design in Pipe Engineering from Accessory systems of Power Plant projects
- Should have excellent experience in pipe stress Analysis Tools like AutoPIPE and CAESAR II and also Reviewing 3D Tools like NAVISWORKS, NX-UG
- Should have Experience in ASME CODE & STANDARDS
- Should have good experience in Selection of Supports in Analysis
- Should have extensive experience in understanding of Schematics (P&ID) and in Device summary settings for Gas Turbine Accessories Systems. ( Air systems - Inlet Bleed Heating, Cooling & Sealing Air, Fuel Systems (Liquid + Gas), Oil Systems and Water Systems
- Should have very good experience in Piping, Tubing and all associated fittings, Valves and also Plant layout drawings (GA, Plot Plan)
- Should have experience in developing new Arrangement (or ISOMETRIC) drawings & BOM in line with P&ID Schematics Layout
- Should have very good experience in reviewing and understanding of Supplier/Vendor (Client) Drawings.
- Should have demonstrated ownership & decision-making of the design, considering cost, feasibility in manufacturing and fabrication.
- Should have served as primary interface with customers and have demonstrated the implementation of design requirements, design changes, analysis, and verification of each task.
- Planning the tasks, executing and delivering on time, with cost effective and quality.
- Good Communication skill to work with cross functional team
- Having PLM and Engineering change management experience is added advantage.
