Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interiors Projects & Maintenance Work Executive to oversee interior and maintenance projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage interior construction projects to ensure efficient and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies within interior construction sites.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on interior construction methods, materials, and execution.
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of workmanship and materials used in interior construction projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure interior materials and resources as needed.
  • Travel to project sites pan India as & when required to oversee interior construction activities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Interiors Project Executive or Supervisor, or similar role in the interior construction industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of interior materials, techniques, and processes used in interior work.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Resourceful problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions onsite.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards for interior construction projects.
  • Willingness to travel and work

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
