Description
Talent Acquisition Executive For Navi Mumbai / Delhi NCR / kolkata/Patna- Make job offers to applicants who pass screening and interview processes and are approved by management by providing them with an offer letter and discussing the benefits, requirements and details of the position also ensuring the offer to joining ration is maintained.
- Provide coaching and guidance to juniorlevel recruiting staff if required.
- Participate in job fairs and host inhouse recruitment events
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- Pre joining formalities and on boarding on the day of joining
- Coordinate and prepare for the employee engagement activity as and when required
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Present reports on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Managing internship programs if any.
- Providing recruitment reports as and when required.
- Coordinate and prepare for the employee engagement activity as and when required
- Support the HR Department as and when required.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
