We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Fresher Sales Executives for our esteemed skincare company.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our range of skincare products to potential customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Actively seek out and engage with prospective customers to introduce them to our skincare products.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our skincare range to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their skin type, concerns, and preferences.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company within specified timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to drive sales.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, including feedback from customers, market insights, and sales performance analysis.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
