1.


Bookkeeping:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records for clients using accounting software.
  • Record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

2.


Taxation:


  • Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Identify tax deductions, credits, and exemptions to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Provide tax planning advice to clients to optimize their tax positions.
  • Handle taxrelated queries, correspondence, and audits from tax authorities.
  • Stay updated with changes in Australian tax laws and communicate relevant updates to clients.

Financial Analysis and Advisory:


  • Analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Assist clients in interpreting financial data and making informed business decisions.
  • Offer guidance on financial best practices, costsaving strategies, and cash flow management.
  • Collaborate with clients' accountants, auditors, and financial advisors to address financial matters.

Compliance and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions, tax documents, and supporting information.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other compliancerelated reports.
  • Conduct periodic internal audits to identify and rectify potential compliance issues.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Offer guidance on financial processes, recordkeeping, and software tools to improve client efficiency.
  • Stay proactive in anticipating client needs and suggesting valueadded services.

Salary: ₹20, ₹60,000.
