5 Days workingKey Responsibilities**:
1.
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records for clients using accounting software.
- Record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
2.
Taxation:
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Identify tax deductions, credits, and exemptions to minimize tax liabilities.
- Provide tax planning advice to clients to optimize their tax positions.
- Handle taxrelated queries, correspondence, and audits from tax authorities.
- Stay updated with changes in Australian tax laws and communicate relevant updates to clients.
3.
Financial Analysis and Advisory:
- Analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights and recommendations.
- Assist clients in interpreting financial data and making informed business decisions.
- Offer guidance on financial best practices, costsaving strategies, and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with clients' accountants, auditors, and financial advisors to address financial matters.
4.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions, tax documents, and supporting information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other compliancerelated reports.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to identify and rectify potential compliance issues.
5.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Offer guidance on financial processes, recordkeeping, and software tools to improve client efficiency.
- Stay proactive in anticipating client needs and suggesting valueadded services.
