Intern - Performance Marketing:


Management:

A Performance Marketing Resource will play a leading role in the management of digital projects and the tasks related to them like online planning and insight, online promotions, online display advertising, web building-design and content production of videos etc.

He/she will additionally ensure that marketing department's projects are delivered on time and that they are always in line with the business's guidelines, quality standards, and objectives.


Collaboration:
Collaboration is the key to function smoothly for a Performance Marketing Resource.

He/she will have to collaborate with IT, search marketing, and operations departments in an effort to optimize programs, campaigns and landing pages based on the real-time performance along with the ROI.

He/she will build an in-house marketing automation for the purpose of enhancing the marketing department's efforts.

The Performance Marketing Resource will also ensure that leads are converted into consumers through well-crafted campaigns and close partnership with the sales department.

Additionally, the resource will work with the internal production professionals and project resource in the delivery of the project
- right from proposals, design to the actual build. The Performance Marketing resource will also partner up with senior performance management and key stakeholders in reporting back on the effectiveness of programs and campaigns, conversion rates, and online sales. At this capacity, he/she will also be required to closely work with the Public Relations department in an effort to gain a clear consumer perception and better understand their needs.


Analytics:
A Performance Marketing resource is responsible for several analytical functions.

He/she conducts research and analysis in order to deliver reports to the senior management on the performance of marketing campaigns-programs while forecasting estimations on the profitability of those campaigns.

At this capacity, he/she also optimizes targeting and segmentation, as well as allocates budgets across multiple paid social channels inclusive of YouTube and Facebook in order to generate cost effective user actions.


A Performance Marketing resource is also tasked with ensuring that appropriate measures are in place for the purpose of assessing consumer satisfaction.

He/she actively participates in the support and development of new ideas by key marketing department personnel, for example, SEO, SEM, and CRM resources.


Finally, he/she is required to make reports on the performance of programs and campaigns as well as propositions for strategies and approaches, which are presented to senior performance marketing management.
