ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train on different subfunctions within the Center of Excellence procurement team over a period of 2 years minimum
- Work on transactions involving procurement helpdesk, contract administration, procurement operations, deal support, catalog updation and creation and other sub
- Assist supervisor in development of reports and other basic tasks assigned from time to time
- Brainstorming partner for process improvements and customer experience
OTHER DUTIES
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in any industry
Basic knowledge of shared services industry would be preferred but not mandatory COMPETENCIES
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Both written and oral
- Proven strong analytical ability to solution problems and drive results
- Great network orchestrator, energetic and team spirit
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft and relevant IT tools
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Should be willing to work rotational shifts as per business requirement:3 pm to 12 am IST
7 pm to 4 am IST
- No Work from Home option.
