    Description

    Notice Period :
    Immediate - 15 Days


    Key Skills :
    Windows Server Administration : 3-6 years of experience administering Windows Servers in an L2 support capacity.

    Troubleshooting :
    Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex Windows server issues.

    Problem-Solving :
    In-depth knowledge and experience in problem-solving methodologies for server environments.

    Log Analysis :
    Excellent skills in analyzing server logs to identify and diagnose issues.

    Azure Storage :
    Basic understanding of Azure storage concepts and ability to monitor and maintain storage capacity.

    Networking Fundamentals :
    Basic knowledge of core networking concepts (LAN, VLAN, Switch, Router, TCP/IP) for troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

    Active Directory (AD) : Solid understanding of Active Directory and its administration for user and group management.

    Windows Server Services :
    Strong knowledge of configuring and managing DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, and PXE boot services on Windows Servers.

    Virtualization :
    Experience supporting and managing virtual machines using Hyper-V.

    (Optional)

    Data Center Operations :
    Familiarity with data center operations best practices.

    (Nice to have)

    Communication :
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

    Continuous Learning :
    Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and improve technical skills.


    Responsibilities :

    • Manage and maintain onpremises and Azurebased Windows Server environments.
    • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot Windows server issues to ensure optimal performance and availability.
    • Monitor and analyze server logs to identify potential problems and security threats.
    • Manage and maintain Azure storage accounts, ensuring efficient storage utilization.
    • Assist with troubleshooting network connectivity issues related to Windows servers.
    • Manage Active Directory infrastructure, including user and group management.
    • Configure and manage Windows Server services like DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, and PXE boot.
    • Perform routine server maintenance tasks, including patching and updates.
    • Support virtual machines running on Hyper-V.
    • Participate in data center operations activities.
    • Document server configurations and procedures.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in Windows Server technologies and best practices.)
