    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • in managing Global Contract Expiry Process and liaise with Operations team globally to renew/ terminate or action on any renewal or termination of existing contracts.
    • the status of all stages of the approval and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the timeliness of renewals, termination of all agreements.
    • support to Associate Legal Counsel in works related to the Global Supplier process, like preparing reports, uploading of data.
    • the records process of supplier agreements.
    • and assist Paralegal team in any additional task as required.
    • other duties commensurate with the position to ensure the smooth operation of the process.
    • the legal team in the due diligence process and other requirements as and when occurs.

    Shift Timing:

    Mon – Thurs , Friday 0930 – 17:00, Weekly 38.5 Hours shift (India)

    Requirement:

    Qualification: Should be a law graduate with 0-1 years of PQE.

    • Experience: 0-1 years.

    • knowledge of excel, word, outlook (especially the task feature) and conversant with database systems (e.g. SharePoint, Smartsheet or similar).

    • interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to maintain strong relationships with various function of company's operation.
    • professional integrity and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • ability to accurately collate, input, and report on large quantities of data.
    • ability to work well independently while understanding when to refer to other team members.
    • and proven ability to follow process and clear instructions consistently.
    • knowledge of contracts will be preferred.
