For our Paint Shop Production department in Chakan, Pune India, we are looking for the Deputy Manager - Paint Shop Production

Your future role

Ensure the line personnel is always informed and update about rules, regulations and disposition in force and about consequences of their transgression
Reporting of all Incidents (incl "near miss"), work on 8D / Corrective actions.
Promote "Safety" and PPE usage compliance in all the meetings. Conduct Safety audits & work on improvement actions in every area of control.
Paint & Thinner Safety being at Top Most importance.

Achieve Plant targets for Productivity, OEE and KPI in all the control functions / areas.
Tracks and ensure KPI and performance index as OEE, Paint Shop Rework at Final Inspection, Productivity, and Consumable control along with best practices in each area.
Adhere & attain Production & Delivery targets as planned.
Deploy TS / ISO, Customer & Maxion Standards with focus on PM / TPM and 5S.
Organize equipment and personnel, inorder to reach production aims established.
Carry out New Chemical / Paint Trials, process modifications etc. on his line.
Ensure proper communication within supervisors in all suitable forms.
Provide training and evaluation of personnel according to assigned tasks, promoting a constant growth and improvement.
Should have thorough good knowledge of Paint shop CED

Your profile

B.E. / Diploma /Degree in Paint Technology /Surface coating technology
Language Requirements: English, Hindi, Marathi.
About 1012 years of experience in similar work area (Wheel Manufacturing) with ISO / TS background. Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing background expected
