- **Job Roles and responsibilities:

- **_

  • Develop the core positioning and communication for the product/specialty.
  • Create a communication strategy both in print and electronic/digital platform. Create
  • Promotional material, product training, and other relevant product collaterals.
  • Responsible for market analysis and competition information.
  • Cost optimization and keep on adding new vendor
  • Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaigning and other tactical requirements.
  • Responsible for Practice Development of consultants ( Internal and external) for
- the respective specialties

  • Responsible for PR Strategy of the product and specialists.
  • Driving Direct to Customer activities for the product both inCentre and outreach segment
  • Engage internal consultant in requisite activities and plan in detail from product front
  • Reviews and Provides periodic product performance analytics to management.
  • Tracks and reviews the source of acquisition, Identifies the TG and the engagement plan, guides and implement the new product development plan and placement strategy.
  • Works with both internal and external teams to bring the integrated approach in product
- management.
