Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other designers to understand project requirements and develop visual concepts
Design thoughtfully, in order to show hardtodigest information in a clear and concise way
Support the Product team with designing graphical elements
Maintain and grow our Design System for Figma and Power BI
Work with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately
Stay uptodate with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
Support user testing by assisting in research planning, facilitating user testing sessions, and analysing insights.

Requirements:

Minimum of 13 years of experience in UX/UI, digital or graphic design
Experience with designing and prototyping in Figma
Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, colour, and layout
Understanding of designing for accessibility and inclusivity
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Confident in presenting designs and engaging with stakeholders
Understanding of UX methods and endtoend design process
A willingness to learn new skills and grow as a designer
Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including a case study presenting your design thinking process

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with developers to implement designs
Experience in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of information architecture and content design
Familiarity with HTML, CSS and Power BI is a plus, but not essential
