Description
Job Role:
1. Control Shift quality related activities in die casting shop related to Measuring Room.
2. Monitoring die casting product quality and improvement plan implementation.
3. Reporting of measuring room, coordinate with line for corrections and measures.
4. Operating CMM, Blue Light Scanning of dies and engine parts. Do analysis of reports.
5. Quality control of engine components
6. QMS-ISO 9001
7. ERP system exposer, Kaizen
Educational Qualification: B. Tech./ Diploma/ Graduation
(With Specialization): B.Tech./B.E / Diploma in Mechanical/Production/ Electrical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
•Hands on experience of various inspection equipment CMM, 3D scanning, spectro, roughness tester.
ØReview of drawings for critical assessment of parameters. ECN implementation
ØPreparation of operation standards
•Developing and implementing quality control tests, new model-new dies trials
Following the shift product and process checks
•Analyzing and initiating countermeasures for defects
•Maintains 5S and safety in respective area.
•Training and development of SV and associates skills
•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the Company
•ISO 9001 quality systems knowledge
•New product/die/line inspection and validation
•Customer complaints handling with PDCA
Calibration of equipment
Competencies / Skills:
Functional/Technical:
•Sound knowledge of Experience must be in Aluminum Foundry. Quality control of engine components
Sound knowledge of NDT of castings, Measuring instruments, Calibration.
•AutoCAD, UG Knowledge added advantage
•Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced & MS Power Point
