Responsibilities:

oClient Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests for information, and appointment bookings.Follow up with clients after their visits to gather feedback and address required concerns or questions.Inform clients about upcoming events, promotions, and special offers to encourage continued engagement.

oClient Retention:
Build strong relationships with clients by demonstrating genuine interest, empathy, and professionalism.Recognize and acknowledge client milestones, achievements, and loyalty to the studio.Proactively address any issues or challenges that may arise to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Implement retention strategies, such as loyalty programs or referral incentives, to encourage repeat business.

oClient Experience Enhancement:
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and exceed expectations.Coordinate with instructors and other staff to personalize client experiences and ensure seamless service delivery.Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate changes.Assist with the organization of special events, workshops, and community initiatives to enrich the client experience.

oBrand Ambassadorship:
Represent the studio brand positively and professionally in all interactions with clients and external stakeholders.Promote the studio's mission, values, and unique selling points to prospective clients.Uphold the studio's reputation for excellence in Pilates instruction, customer service, and community engagement.Actively engage with clients on social media platforms to share studio updates, testimonials, and success stories.
