Working days & Time:
weekly off between Monday to Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Requisites:
- Diploma or Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1 year of experience in real estate is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints
- Ability to think quickly and make decisions
- Good problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Patience and a positive attitude
- Excellent telephone etiquette
Responsibilities:
- Call the client and understand their requirements
- Offer property as per their requirement
- Take follow up with the clients
- Listing of property on various portals
- Marketing listings
- Providing guidance to buyers and sellers
- Helping clients determine their needs and financial abilities
- Proposing solutions that suit clients
- Consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
- Ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Assisting selling clients with pricing based on current market values
- Assisting clients with staging properties for sale
- Hosting open houses and other promotional events
- Meeting with their clients to discuss their ideal property requirements and price points
- Overseeing openhouses for sellers
- Showing clients properties that align with their expectations
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday

- Day shift
Experience:
- Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
