Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in Jharkhand.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales executives and officers to drive performance and meet objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure efficient distribution network management, including inventory management and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in FMCG, FMCD, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Jharkhand market and distribution network.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Other Details:


  • Base Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
  • Preferred Joining Date: First/Second week of April 202
  • Current Package Requirement: Minimum 5 LPA
