Sales Officer - Ranchi, Jharkhand, India - Superbottoms
Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in Jharkhand.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales executives and officers to drive performance and meet objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure efficient distribution network management, including inventory management and timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in FMCG, FMCD, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with the Jharkhand market and distribution network.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Other Details:
- Base Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
- Preferred Joining Date: First/Second week of April 202
- Current Package Requirement: Minimum 5 LPA
