Job Profile/Key Responsibilities

Ability to drive product Performance Engineering including Performance Testing, Performance Tuning, Benchmarking and Sizing.
Experienced in recording, configuring, and executing test scripts using Load Runner ("TruClient
Web" & "Web
HTTP/HTML" protocols at the least) and JMeter
Experienced in handling performance issues related to multithreading/multiprocessing
Has thorough knowledge of the J2EE Application Platform Configuration & Performance Optimization.
Evaluates and researches emerging performance tuning methodologies, monitoring tools, processes, and technologies.
Develop and promote processes, best practices, and standards in Performance Engineering
Excellent handson Core Java/Advanced Java/J2EE development experience
Handson experience in Software Development process (Requirements Gathering and Use Case Definition, Design, and Implementation of the software solution)
Experienced & understands architectural principles and frameworks (MVC, Spring, Hibernate, Webservices, REST APIs are mandatory).
Good Experience in Oracle/SQL Server database and SQL
Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure alignment of requirements and solutions and to facilitate design signoff and approvals
Proven industry experience of building large scale systems and with handson engineering skills
Ability to manage diverse teams of at least 1520 members and coordinate with developers / testers / architects / BAs and other stakeholders effectively
Experience with Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum and running all Scrum events (Daily Standups; Sprint Planning; Sprint Retrospective; etc.)
Experienced on working on AWS Cloud including Dockerized Containers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead and coordinate with testers / architects and other stakeholders
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Ability to work with peers in planning and coordination of work activities
