Description
Should have strong customer-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.- Should have technical knowledge (worked in technical support role).
- Should be able to multitask voice and chat process.
- Should have customeroriented approach while handling any customer query.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24*7 (Day and Night Shifts
- Rotational) with rotational week off.
- Languages to be known
- English, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi (Any other will be addon).
- Graduation in any discipline with minimum 2+ years of technical support.
Salary:
₹126, ₹438,314.00 per year
