We are looking for an enthusiastic sales professional who will be playing an integral role in achieving our ambitious business objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating leads from ongoing project with support of the project management team.
- Liaise with builders' representatives at the site for generating leads.
- Responsible to assess the lead pipeline and prioritize call tasks, accordingly, ultimately ensuring that the active leads bucket is fully utilized.
- Reach out to prospective customers; strictly following SLAs.
- Briefly communicate about the company and understand the scope of every project.
- Connect with the leads generated and schedule the briefing call with a designer.
- Followup with designer and make sure the call is conducted on scheduled time.
Qualifications:
- At least 1+ years of relevant experience in proven sales experience real estate brands or B2C environment.
- The applicant should have a sound understanding of lead management, nurturing and sales closing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written
communications skills - Graduation/Post Graduation or equivalent with a strong grasp on listening ability, excellent communication, presentation and persuasive skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Display of high level of professionalism, general aptitude, integrity, and maturity is highly expected.
Salary:
₹4,00,000 to 5,00,000 per annum + Incentives.
Salary:
₹31, ₹41,000.00 per month
