Description
Responsible for the project layout of the upcoming stores.- Control on standards on Project execution
- To maintain high quality standards in execution of store fit out.
- New Vendor Development & Negotiation
- To search new potential vendors for store design & development with cost efficacy.
- Responsible for handling the complete design detailing with external designers
- Ensuring quantity is as per designed plans & sites.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
- Coordination with fit out agency for drawings and execution of Civil, Electrical, HVAC, firefighting, wood work, etc. for completion of the project.
- Coordination with furniture vendor for providing furniture for the store.
- Attitudinal Skills: Team player with great time management and interpersonal skills
- Functional Expertise:
- Proven track record on designing in home & Retail.
- Technical knowledge of
- AutoCAD, 3D software is a must.
- Google sketchup: very good Knowledge
- PowerPoint: should make good presentations
- Photoshop: very good knowledge.
- Rendering: can be an add on skill
Experience -3 to 5 yrs. of exp. in a similar Industry
