We provide legal services to a diverse range of clients, including corporate groups, financial institutions, start-ups, and individuals. Our expertise covers various practice areas such as arbitration & mediation, civil and commercial litigation, insolvency, real estate advisory, intellectual property, employment, and labour law, acquisitions and joint ventures, fundraising and transaction advisory, general corporate advisory, foreign exchange advisory, and data privacy. Our team of advocates regularly represents clients before various courts and tribunals.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate at Frontier Legal. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling various tasks such as drafting petitions, plants, and applications, conducting legal research, assisting with depositions, representing clients in courts, and providing legal advice and support for litigation matters. The Litigation Associate will work closely with other team members to ensure the successful resolution of legal cases.

    Qualifications

    • Strong understanding of law and legal procedures
    • Experience in drafting motions and conducting legal research
    • Ability to assist with depositions and represent clients in courts
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Experience in handling civil and commercial litigation
    • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
    • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
    • Bar Council enrollment
