SELECTION CRITERIA

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 06 months of experience in Customer Service or a similar role
  • Graduate Freshers with excellent communication skills
  • Immediate joiners comfortable with night shifts and both WFH/WFO scenarios.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Problemsolving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
