Front Office Associate - Wayanad, India - Kuruva Island Resort & Spa
Description
Job Summary:
- Process all guest checkins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assign the room, and activate/issue room key.
- Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements.
- Ensure rates match market codes, and document exceptions.
- Secure payment before issuing room key, verify/adjust billing.
- Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists.
- Complete cashier and closing reports.
- Supply guests with directions and property information.
- Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met.
- Process all payment types, vouchers, paidouts, and charges. Balance and drop receipts.
- Count and secure the bank at the beginning and end of the shift. Obtain manual authorizations and follow all Accounting procedures.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
- Minimum 12 years experience in a Luxury hotel or resort preferred
- Excellent Communication skills

₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
