Dispatch In-charge
Dispatch In-charge role is to coordinate the dispatch and transportation of goods from a production plant to a customer. Here are some of the main responsibilities

  • Overseeing the dispatch of products on time
  • Ensuring that packing and transportation meet a company's quality control
  • Checking dispatchers follow health and safety guidance
  • Organising work rotas and staff duties
  • Communicating the estimated time of arrival into the system
  • Maintaining business relationships
  • Managing absences and taking care of performance
- using specialist computer systems to check stock levels, transportation costs and the dates and times of deliveries
- liaising with suppliers and customers

  • Planning for loading and unloading of inward & outward materials to dispatch
  • Manage the labours for proper dispatch of materials
  • Stock maintenance & record keeping
  • Physical & Book stock maintenance
  • Stock quality checking and inspection of inward & outward materials
  • To analyse stock movement & Report shortages for procurement

Salary:
From ₹18,000.00 per month
