Our sales team is looking for a bright, motivated, and high performing Inside Sales professional to join us.

As a Inside Sales professional at FiveS, you will be responsible for managing and closing opportunities within your assigned territory.

The person must demonstrate all the behaviour's associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically prospecting for new business, consultative selling approach, ability to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients and delivering results against a quota.


  • Prepare, expand and Manage a strong database of customers for reaching out customers in various verticals through various means.
  • Work in a teamselling environment specifically building relationships with inside sales, presales, and technology teams. Building and managing a team of inside sales representatives for lead generation.
  • Manage end to end sales from prospecting, nurturing, closure.
  • Interact with key influencers for assessing requirements, proposing solutions, making presentations, creating proposals, negotiating, and closing deals creating winwin for all.
  • Participate in client pitches including presentations, proposals to handling objections and generating prospects.
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in CRM.
  • Share weekly plans of status of accounts and potential leads, new initiatives, follow up action plans etc.
  • All people management aspects of the team including individual performance management, team building, succession planning, crosstraining.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Brainstorm with project and marketing team for maximizing client potential and to support and enhance visibility of company's solutions.
  • Setting the strategy in partnership with the business and technology partners.
  • End to end responsibility for generating new leads and opportunities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR Equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience selling outsourcing, offshoring and software development service.
  • An excellent performer with consultative sales style, exceptional problemsolving abilities, and keen client assessment aptitude.
  • Should have experience in IT product and services sales and handled the same responsibilities for at least the last 34 years.
  • A track record of performance excellence meeting and exceeding targets and objectives.
  • Experience selling to Director/VP level leaders.
  • Should have worked with Indian domestic market and customers in Ecommerce and Healthcare domain.
  • Strong command in Selling Solutions and managing multiple clients.
