    Description

    Responsibilities :

    Design and Develop Backend Systems : Architect, design, and implement scalable and reliable backend systems using Java technologies.

    Database Management : Design and optimize database schemas and queries for high performance and scalability. Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) is required.

    API Development : Develop RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. Ensure API security and authentication mechanisms are robust.

    Integration of Third-Party Services : Integrate with external APIs and services to enrich platform functionality. Experience with API integration platforms and tools is desirable.

    Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks in backend systems. Optimize code and queries for improved efficiency and response times.

    Testing and Quality Assurance : Write automated tests to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of backend systems. Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

    Troubleshooting and Debugging : Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in backend systems. Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques is essential.

    Collaboration and Documentation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers. Document design decisions, APIs, and technical specifications.

    Requirements :

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    Proven experience years) in backend development using Java technologies. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.

    Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data) for building enterprise applications.

    Deep understanding of relational databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).

    Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

    Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

    Knowledge of message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and asynchronous communication patterns.

    Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

    Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
