Description
Key responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Respond to customers through the live chat app
- Work with customers to understand and address all claim outcomes, billing, and coverage inquiries
- Empathize and provide guidance to potential and current customers
- Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution 8. Educate customers on upcoming promotions or deals
- Interact with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience 10. Handle customers and clients with respect irrespective of the conflict situation 11. Provide training to new joiners to ensure customers receive excellent and consistent service by handling issues in similar manners
- Put together customer service best practices as required
- Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
Salary:
₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
