This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and assisting in day-to-day tasks. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing files, responding to emails and inquiries, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time. You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients and stakeholders, preparing documents and presentations, and assisting in the production of animated videos. Additionally, you may be required to perform market research, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in project management or coordination
• Experience in the animation or video production industry is a plus
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
