Guest Relations Executive

Location:
Doddaballapur, Canterbury Castles

Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel.

  • Provide a warm and friendly first impression to create a positive guest experience.
  • Efficiently handle the checkin and checkout processes for guests.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability, with housekeeping to
ensure rooms are prepared for new arrivals.

  • Offer concierge services, including providing local area information, arranging
transportation, and making restaurant reservations.

  • Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to ensure smooth
communication and resolution of guest needs.

  • Manage and fulfill special requests from guests, such as room preferences,
dietary needs, or special occasions

  • Assist guests with inquiries, and requests, and provide information about hotel
facilities and services.

  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Promote hotel amenities, services, and special promotions to enhance the guest
experience and potentially increase revenue.

  • Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and
enhance overall guest satisfaction.

  • Identify VIP guests and repeat visitors, providing personalized attention and
recognition to enhance their loyalty to the hotel.

  • Be knowledgeable about hotel emergency procedures and act responsibly in case
of emergencies, ensuring guest safety.

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, processing
payments, and maintaining accurate guest records

  • Remain calm and composed during challenging situations, such as overbookings
or unexpected events, and find appropriate solutions.

  • Be culturally sensitive and respectful to guests from diverse backgrounds,
ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment.

  • Professional Appearance and Behavior:
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior, reflecting the hotel's standards
and contributing to a positive brand image


Pay:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
