Description

Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Utilize findings to inform design decisions and enhance the user experience.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions. Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing.

UI Design: Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability. Design interface elements such as icons, buttons, and navigation components.

UX Design: Design seamless user flows and interactions that optimize user engagement and satisfaction. Ensure consistency and coherence across all touchpoints within the product.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, iterate designs, and achieve project goals.

User Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and insights from users. Use data-driven insights to refine designs and improve the overall user experience.

Accessibility: Ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines to make products usable for all users, including those with disabilities.

Documentation: Create design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and design systems, to facilitate collaboration and maintain design consistency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and usability best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and datadriven design.
Familiarity with frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
