As a Commercial and Residential Furniture Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling furniture products to both commercial and residential clients.

Your primary focus will be to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and provide them with suitable furniture solutions.

You will work closely with clients to guide them through the selection process, offer expert advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of furniture design and functionality, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both commercial and residential clients.
  • Understand clients' needs, preferences, and budget constraints to offer tailored furniture solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to postsale support.

Sales Generation:


  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities in both commercial and residential markets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Actively prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales.

Product Knowledge and Consultation:


  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's furniture products, including features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate furniture solutions.
  • Provide product demonstrations and samples to showcase the quality and functionality of the furniture offerings.

Negotiation and Closing:


  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome for both the client and the company.
  • Close sales and finalize contracts in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Market Research and Analysis:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make adjustments as needed.

Collaboration and Coordination:


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain necessary product information and support.

Salary:
₹15,000.00 per month
