Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Specialist.

This role will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with social media influencers to enhance our brand visibility and reach a wider audience.

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential social media influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers through effective communication and collaboration.
Negotiate and execute influencer partnerships and collaborations to promote our brand and products.
Create engaging and compelling content briefs for influencers that resonate with our brand messaging and objectives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns to optimize reach, engagement, and return on investment.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to continually improve strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Sales, to align influencer activities with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the Ecommerce industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
