1. Defining architecture and architectural frameworks for complex enterprise-scale Sitecore solutions.

Define high-level and detailed solution design and taking an engagement from conceptual architecture to deployment.
Gather business requirements and architect solutions based on those requirements.
Create measurable value and ROI for the client and own Customer satisfaction index KPI.
Contribute to new business pitches, build customer relationships and identify organic growth opportunities.
Contribute to building new offering initiatives,

a. Building consulting artifacts,

b. Design tools and frameworks,

c. Build MVP1.0 for hypothesis validation,

d.

Create technology Governance artifacts to validate quality for every project type, covering all the deliverables of all the phases of defined methodology.

Delivery governance standards, templates and audits
Support and contribute building GTM plans & execution with partners.
Enable required Sitecore trainings and certifications.
