Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Product Trainer to join our Customer Education department.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our customers, helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively use Quickbase.

You will work under the guidance of our Training Team Lead to create engaging training materials and deliver exceptional learning experiences.

Responsibilities Include:

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to customers, primarily online.
Develop and maintain training materials, including videos, presentations, and handson exercises.
Collaborate with the product team to stay up to date on new features and enhancements.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of certification exams.
Provide support and guidance to customers during training sessions, addressing questions and concerns.
Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on customer feedback and industry best practices.
Coach customers at virtual events and inperson (when applicable) in best practices as they build dynamic solutions with Quickbase

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree plus 12 years in a training or education role OR 56 years in a training or education role
Flexibility to travel up to 10%
English fluency
Experience delivering group trainings both inperson and virtually
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong experience with databases, productivity tools, and SaaS products
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for helping customers succeed and a commitment to continuous improvement
