We are look for Content Editors to edit and proofread transcripts of business interviews conducted in English.

Compensation is _up to_ INR 7 LPA, which includes a fixed salary of INR 5 LPA CTC + annual bonus up to INR 2 LPA based on number of audio hours completed.

Start date is flexible between May 1st and June 1st.


What You Will Work On:

• You will improve the accuracy of our AItranscribed text from audio files.
• You will take our content to 100% accuracy and make it free of errors.
• You will correct spelling, punctuation, and grammatical mistakes in the transcript.
• You will research as needed to verify the correct spelling of names, places, and terminology.
• You will liaise with counterparties (i.e., interviewees) if needed.

About You:

• You can work fast and have a high productivity rate in terms of audio hours completed per day.
• You are comfortable listening to a variety of accents and audio quality issues.
• You have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• You can work hard (long hours).
• You define success as consistently winning each day.
• You are curious to learn about business, entrepreneurship, and investing.

Salary:
₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
