Sales Representative - Interior Design


Job Summary:


As a Sales Representative for our interior design company, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

This position involves a dynamic combination of office-based tasks and on-field activities.

You will be responsible for promoting our interior design services, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.


Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:


  • Meet with potential clients to understand their interior design needs.
  • Showcase our portfolio and present design solutions tailored to clients' requirements.

Site Visits:


  • Conduct onsite visits to assess project requirements and gather essential information.
  • Collaborate with clients and project managers to ensure a thorough understanding of design specifications.

Quotation and Proposal Preparation:


  • Prepare detailed and accurate project quotations and proposals.
  • Work closely with the design team to develop compelling presentations that align with client expectations.

Relationship Building:


  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our design team to ensure effective communication.

Sales Targets:


  • Set and achieve sales targets for both residential and commercial interior design projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.

Market Research:


  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the design and marketing teams to enhance our services.

Office Responsibilities:


  • Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the interior design or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of interior design concepts and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite visits and client meetings.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, or related field preferred.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
