    Description

    Role Overview:

    As the Talent Acquisition Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory by attracting top-tier talent.

    You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to support our expansion plans and ensure that we continue to build a high-performing team.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.

    Recruitment Process Optimization:

    Streamline and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.


    Talent Sourcing:

    For key leadership roles and niche roles like Product Managers etc, will need to work individually on sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and industry events.


    Employer Branding:

    Enhance our employer brand and positioning in the market to attract passive candidates and differentiate as an employer of choice.


    Partnership Development:

    Establish and nurture relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations, to expand our talent pipeline and access diverse pools of candidates.


    Data-Driven Insights:

    Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and generate insights to inform decision- making and continuous improvement initiatives.


    Team Leadership:

    Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on achieving results recruitment goals and objectives.


    Stakeholder Engagement:

    Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads, and senior leadership to understand talent needs, prioritize requirements, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.


    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Human Resources
    • Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in talent acquisition in fastpaced environments or highgrowth companies.
    • Demonstrated track record of successfully building and scaling recruitment programs and teams.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies, tools, and platforms, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive insights and decision making.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset, able to balance longterm planning with daytoday execution in a dynamic environment.
