Description
Generate leads and prospect new customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.- Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our trailers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company values and adhere to all sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license.
