• Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our trailers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Uphold company values and adhere to all sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license.
