The opportunity

Project:
A global investment company.

To serve as a liaison and point of contact to employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

Tracking of vehicles on daytoday basis.
Overseeing invoice verification.
Generating MIS.
Overseeing vehicle audits.
Managing route allocations to the vendors.
Supporting EMS Representative in achieving the objectives.
Participating in EMS Internal and external audits.

About you

You have a relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role. You have experience working in a transport field.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships.

You will have a facilities management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
