Conduct cold calls to potential students to inform them about Career Launcher's educational programs.

Effectively communicate the benefits and features of the programs to prospective students.
Followup on leads generated through various marketing channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to facilitate enrollment.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to prospective students' concerns.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for increasing enrollment and improving conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Career Launcher's programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in international and domestic call centers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospective students.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Great negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
