Profile:

Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and
providing them with the best possible service and support. You will also identify and pursue new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our range of services and products.

Requirements:

Need to have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer success, sales, or account management. You will also need to have good knowledge of digital tools, CRM, and other communication methods. You will be proficient in written and spoken English, and some regional Indian languages. You will have strong sales and project management skills, as well as a high level of organizational skills and the ability to think creatively and logically
