Job Description - Company Secretary:
- Filing forms and maintaining statutory register.
- Preparation of Director\'s Report and Annual Report.
- Drafting of MOA & AOA. Aware about MCA site and ROC work.
- Preparation of minutes, notices and resolutions.
- Filing forms and maintaining statutory register.
- Advising senior managers on administrative and secretarial matters.
- Preparing MIS/trackers related to agreements and all applicable statutory compliances of the company.
